Tulika/T (They/she/he)
6+ years of experience. T specialises in somatic embodiement, emotion focused with a trauma informed, person centered lens. They have experience working with individuals teens/ young adults/adults, and couples, working on relationships, self, family, work, and repair in complex dynamics.
Their approach is rooted in collaboration, trust, and attunement, ensuring that clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace.


Gursheel (She/her)
2+ years as a Psychotherapist with psychodynamic orientation (in-training & under supervision). Her imagination of therapy and the therapeutic relationship (client-therapist) is one of co-creation, its a journey of two, as Irwin Yalom quotes, a journey of "Fellow- Travellers". It is a practice of deep exploration of the self and how it relates/engages with the world around. The intention is to create a space where our important-nothings can be held and metabolized. Loving and suffering, rupture and repair are not too far apart.
Palak (She/her)
With 2+ years of experience, she follows a trauma-informed, queer-affirmative and neurodivergent-friendly approach. Her work is usually a mix of partswork (IFS) along with body-based somatic practice.
Her areas of focus include grief, trauma, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship and attachment related concerns.
She's here to ensure that she provides a non-judgmental, safe space to clients, where they are able to explore and navigate their feelings and emotions. But, also understands that safety takes time, so will be working at a pace that best suits the clients :)

His interest in psychology grew from a curiosity about people, relationships, and the many ways we make sense of our experiences. He values creating a space that feels warm, respectful, and affirming. His approach is collaborative, with attention to how identity, relationships, and lived experiences shape what people bring to therapy. He aims to work at a pace that feels safe, allowing conversations to unfold in ways that feel meaningful and supportive.
